Deploying a linear regression model

I have created a Linear Regression model, trained it and tested it. I’m happy with the results and now need to try it on new data.

How do I deploy this model so I can start using it on new data and get predictions?
Data source is a csv file.

Using my model on fresh new data

I have created a Linear Regression model, trained it and tested it. I’m happy with the results. I need to use it on fresh new data, this data is in a csv file, and as expected does not include the target variable (the value I’m trying to predict) How do I use my model on the new data? Thanks!
