can I try deploying my workflow by any mode out of seven modes of deployment, without paying for knime server ? I have to just try it out once to have a demo for myself, so if there is any artificial knime server in which I can do it ?

Sure, there are a lot of things you can do without the KNIME Server, it just helps to automate and deploy a lot.
You can write a file, write to a database or generate a report.

That is what KNIME Server was build for 
You can call your workflows via the REST API or have users interactively go through them with the Webportal.
