Display Metanode/component input port data

Hi,

I wonder if there is a way or maybe it could be a feature that can be added, when you are inside a metanode or component if you could see the dataport’s data like a normal node’s output? Especially with the new UI where you have to go out of the component to see the actual data.

This is already available with the components’ input:

And we have an internal ticket to add this feature to metanodes as well: NXT-560

Thanks, It wasn’t working before but I have now checked and have 5.2.2 and it is working. I cannot remember which version I had when I was not able to get the output data from the incoming ports.
