Actian is still working on updating the Dataflows extension to the KNIME Analytics Plattform 3.*

I managed to install the Actian nodes under Knime 3.3.1 by follwoing the instructions on this page:

I installed Actian on v3.3.2. It looks nodes optimized for a big data volume. Delimited text reader is very fast.

At the same time my KNIME became unresponsive in a short wile and ufter restart i got some hadoop related massages. Olso I tried Database reader and writer. Both require password and looks that writer is unstable to re-configurations. Is newer releas is better?

There were several known problems with Hadoop timeouts being set too high causing apparent hangs in KNIME during start up. I'm not sure if the other issues you mentioned are fixed in the latest release or not.
