Download quickform node Not working

Hi! I am new to Knime.I did the following and download quickform is not working.Can someone please help me out.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong how can I correct it ?

You cannot have both nodes in the same wrapped metanode. One wrapped metanode defines one page in the WebPortal. The first page would be the upload and then you need a second page/wrapped metanode with the download node.
