e-Chem node installation problems

Hi I am trying to install the e-Chem nodes on KNIME 4.7.1 on a Mac with the latest MacOS and I am encountering a problem.
I receive this error upon trying to install it;

Cannot complete the install because some dependencies are not satisfiable
org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu; nl.esciencecenter.e3dchem.collection.feature.feature.group [1.6.0.v202102121219,1.6.0.v202102121219] cannot be installed in this environment because its filter is not applicable.

Hi there,

I have the same issue as well. According to their GitHub page (here), the nodes were made before the M1 and M2 Apple Silicon release. As a result, we are having these issues when trying to install the nodes.
