EHR DATA - OMOP CDM

Hi Dears,

I would like to know is there someone use KNIME for EHR DATA?
Use ETL tools from KNIME and PostgreSQL!?
Anyone used KNIME and OHDSI CDM!?

I would like to hear your experience with that.

Hi @RezaBaharmand -

It looks like your first and third questions are dealing with formats specific to health care and patient data. I don’t believe that has come up in the forum often, but if you can provide some more specifics about what you’re trying to do, maybe someone would have suggestions.

For the second question, certainly you can use KNIME and the suite of DB nodes to access data in Postgres, starting with the PostgreSQL Connector node. Lots more information about the DB nodes are available in our documentation (KNIME Database Extension Guide) as well as on the KNIME Hub. Is there anything specific you want to do in Postgres?
