Embed data into workflow

Hi,
I have been trying to save a workflow with embedded data to share with colleagues. I have tried to use the node Embed Data Into Workflow, but I cannot get it to work properly. Is there an example which I can follow? The topic is similar to the one from November 11, but that did not include enough detail. Thanks.

Hi @acito , if you save the workflow without resetting it (meaning if it’s in the green state), it will keep the data with the workflow.

Alternatively, you can export the data to a file (CSV, Excel, or even Knime table) and keep the file in the data folder of the workflow. When you export the workflow, the file in the data folder will be exported with the workflow.
