@Saishiyam these things come to mind.

• check if you can actually write to the folder
• install the latest version of KNIME
• start KNIME with the option -clean in the knime.ini once (Knime Update Next button is not moving ? - #4 by RolandBurger)

And then provide us with a log file in debug mode to maybe see what is going on

@djarrett I could not initially find any problems. You could get rid of the vernalis error messages by installing RDKit. Could you create a LOG in DEBUG mode?
