thanks for reporting this. Maybe this was a temporary hiccup or a company firewall or proxy is preventing the download. Could you try again? If the issue persists and you’re behind a company firewall, please reach out to your internal IT.
I can confirm that there were some issues when registering for help & updates during the download. These issues have now been resolved.
