Error message: "Failed to check for updates: Inconsistent update states, something went wrong"

The console shows the error message:

Failed to check for updates: Inconsistent update states, something went wrong

I’ve found nothing about the error or how to go about fixing it. How can I find the source of the error?

There are no error messages when I update individual nodes in the workspace. I suspect the messages relate to components/metanodes I’ve removed and no longer exist.

Hi Sanket, thanks for your reply.

While creating a workflow version for you I’ve found the source of the error, problem solved :slight_smile:

The error was generated by a metanode that contained a linked component which has been removed. Once the linked component is removed from the metanode the error disappears.
