Error message when updating Knime

I am getting the following error message when trying to update knime. How should I proceed?

Hi Anne,

Are you behind a firewall? In that case you might need to adjust the proxy settings in preferences (General | Network connections as I remember.)

Thanks for your suggestions, Gabor but that is not the problem. Does anyone else have ideas?
