Error when Installing Knime Machine Learning Interpretability Extension

Hi Everyone,

I’m having an issue, receiving an error message when attempting to install new software on Knime. Specifically, I am unable to install the Knime Machine Learning Interpretability Extension. I’m receiving the attached error message. Below are the steps I’ve taken to download this:

Steps

• Help
• Install New Software
• In the drop down select this: KNIME Analytics Platform 4.7 Update Site - https://update.knime.com/analytics-platform/4.7
• Navigate down to KNIME Machine learning interpretability extension and install it.

Once the download fails, I receive the error message. This is preventing me from using the Binary Inspector Node.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hi @jchenier and welcome to the forum.

First off, sorry for the trouble here. A few questions for you:

1. Have you been able to install any other extensions? Is this the only one giving you trouble?
2. Are you on a school network or company VPN? If so, can you try without that active?
3. Are there any other old updates sites listed in your preferences (for example, 4.6)? If so, can you uncheck them?
4. Does it work to drag-and-drop the Binary Classification Inspector node from the KNIME Community Hub into a blank workflow?
