Error with ad-hoc execution of a dApp

Hello all,

When I execute a certain data app, I get the following error:

Cannot load job ‘18259dbe-27e6-47a7-a09c-989d70100ed6’ with job state ‘SWAPPING’ from swap.

Can anybody shed some light ?
