Excel File Reader - column header

I am using the excel file reader node but why does my header shows as A B C and not the column header on my file. How do I correct this?

There is a setting under Data Area tab - can you check that it is checked and set to the correct row that has the headers in it?

Hmm - what version are you on?

I’m on 5.3…

Maybe check Advanced tab in case it is a different version - something may have changed.

I’m using KNIME version 4.5.1 maybe that’s why

if you can share screenshot of Advanced Tab I’m happy to take a look - bottom line: there’s a way to configure if you get columns named after data in a specific row or the general naming you are encountering…
