@rfeigel I have seen this randomly but not often on my Mac. Not sure why. On some occasions not even a refresh would initially help. Sometimes if you close the finder/explore and open it again or after some time the file will appear.

Frustrating. The workflow is in response to a Forum help request. Everything works fine except for this glitch. I guess I can pass it along with some lame explanation of what’s going on.
