Execute failed: License is not correctly set

I am using a node named Similarity Matrix (from Molecules) and have this issue ¨Execute failed: License is not correctly set¨.

I do not know where to find and set my license.. Please help me.

Hi @HeshuangQu and welcome to the forum.

This particular node is part of the Schrodinger Extensions for KNIME, and requires a license for execution. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to contact Schrodinger to obtain one. If you do have one, check this thread about where on your system the license file should live:

If you have installed the license correctly and the license check in the Schrödinger Power Shell is all fine (command: licadmin CHECK), then the only problem is the installation folder which must be set in KNIME.
