I am using KniMET1.2.8 to analyse lipidomics data on in KNIME Analytics Platform 5.2.3. At the step of Feature Annotation from internal IMS DB, it shows an error message “contains one node with execution failure (File Reader (deprecated) #1930” - “File reader (deprecated #1930: For input string: “Enzyme_RNA.xml” In line 3 (Row0) at column #0 (‘CCS mean’)”. Does anyone know what is the replacement of File Reader node?

The replacement node should just be the new File Reader node rather than the File Reader (Deprecated).
You will probably need to fix the configuration when replacing the old one.
