I am very new to OpenMS/Knime. I am trying to replicate the LFQ workflow from the book “OpenMS and KNIME for Mass Spectrometry Data Processing”. I am getting the following error “ERROR FeatureFinderCentroided 0:1 Configure failed (IndexOutOfBoundsException): Index: 0, Size: 0”. Could you please tell me what is wrong here? I am also getting a warning that no input file is selected, but other nodes are not giving any error.

I think this can happen when loading a workflow from an older version of the OpenMS plugin. Try to re-configure it (pay special attention to the Output Types tab). Or drag and drop a “fresh” version of the node from the Node Repository onto the old node.
