Feature request: "retain column order" on pivot

Dear KNIMErs,

Another feature request: "retain column order" on pivot would be extremely useful, i.e. having pivot columns follow the order found in the input row order. Right now I only get the output rows to follow the original row order, but not the columns, which is awkwardly inconsistent.
