File Reader - Quoted String over multiple rows

I am trying to import a text file with some quoted strings that extend over two lines. See example.

I have the option to extend over multiple lines checked, but it is not importing the text into one cell.

Any help with this is appreciated.

@MikeR maybe you could provide a sample that demonstrates you problem.

Then you could try and use the other nodes that allow the import of CSV/TXT files like the new CSV Reader - then I have a collection about several scenarios of importing such files. Sometimes the last hope was to employ a R package.
