Filter on an obtained average

Hello community,
I am interested in getting an average from rows then transform it into a variable in order to filter all rows that are above this average. i tried the table row to variable but i m stuck. can any one help

thanks a lot . i was selecting the variable in the rule based row filter. it wasnt needed just a formula ws enought thanks alot
