I have an use case for forecasting riders in restaurant business which is currently being done manually done in Excel file. Is there an easy way of doing this in KNIME (with a suitable forecasting model), if so, can someone help me on this?

You are not giving a whole lot of information to work with here. Some random questions that come to mind:
What do you consider easy?
What is your data input like?
What is your expected output?
What business rules does your use case come with?
What have you tried so far in KNIME?
Have you looked on the KNIME Hub for similar scenario’s?
I’d assume you have to be a bit more forthcoming with your description for people to able to jump in and help you out effectively
