I happen to notice that it seems the former message about the post length / size has gone missing. Instead a Bad Gateway error is displayed likely due to the time out.

I haven’t seen this forum error before. Possibly you caught us during an incremental software update?
Is it still a problem now/lately, or was it just a one time thing?

Let’s try. I am attempting to add a knime log which should exceed the amount of characters trying to reproduce the issue from before. In Chrome, the tab snapped.
Trying in Forefox now which seems to have worked at least until the part where the draft is saved locally.
