The EXAMPLES: Four_Techniques_Outlier_Detection
Does not run properly, since Mapnik is no longer supported.
As a newbie it took a while to fix the bug, to use e.g. Wikimedia maps instead
Somebody with write access to the EXAMPLES should correct it.
