to my knowledge there is no specific/dedicated place where you can find KNIME freelancer(s). However think forum is probably a best place to do so. Especially if you leave some kind of contact. Additionally you can try freelancing sites or LinkedIn.

Is there anything specific you‘d like to accomplish?
I‘ve been working with Knime for years, automating reports i.e. from Google Analytics, Server / Firewall Logs, improving product data quality via automated workflows, extensive data extraction & manipulation like XML (STEP EventQ) to CSV conversion to drive the migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2 and much much more.
