Gain ratio vs. Gini index

Hello

I am using Decision Tree Learner for a classification model. Could someone explain me the difference between Gain ratio and Gini index.
If I change the quality measure the attributes that are in the top of the tree change, and the accuracy of the two options is similar.
How can I decide what is the best option for my data?
