General Ledger excel file reconfiguration (from unstructured to structured db)

Hi,

Do you have a workflow/recommendation for an excel database restructuring model? As you can see from the attachment, the purpose to transform the general ledger database from an unstructured format (having account correspondences vertically) to a structured database, where each line actually means something.

Any suggestions are helpful. thank you,
