GeoFile Reader Node Error while loading gpkg file.

Hi all,

I am trying to load the UK street/road network (file osopenusrn_202307.gpkg from OS Data Hub ) in Geospatial Analytics package using the “GeoFile Reader” Node. I have nothing else other than this Node.

Unfortunately while loading the .gpkg file it comes up with an “Execute failed: IllegalArgumentException: point array must contain 0 or >1 elements” Error.

Am I doing something wrong? Can you help?

Hi @iCornerstone ,
this is a known issue. It seems that the geofile contains invalid line strings in which case the Shapely library used by Geopandas throws an exception during the processing of the the file. I have created a ticket to add an “Ignore invalid” geometries to the GeoPackage Reader to investigate this as a possible solution.
