not sure if I understand your question correctly. Can you please elaborate a bit more on your use case.
In general the Geospatial extension is very flexible e.g. it supports multiple geometry columns within the same table. It also supports different geo types (point, line, polygon, etc.) within the same geospatial column. Also the geo types themself are very flexible e.g. the geometry collection support a collection of mixed types.
