I want to set up 2 nodes, one that reads data from my Google BigQuery account and one that writes to that account. Does anyone have instructions on how I can do this?

I guess you could use the web services nodes for that in some way, unless you want to develop specific nodes for all the rest of us to use. :-) If you do want to build you own nodes, the KNIME Developer Guide (https://tech.knime.org/developer-guide) is you place to start.
