Google Shared folders & .gsheet files

Hi all,

Hitting a wall here. I’ve found myself using google solutions more and more for data and reporting purposes. It makes it so much faster and easier to produce reports, share and analyze data at a big corporation like mine using Gsheets.

However when it comes to streamlining file handling, there are no nodes that can do it. I wonder if KNIME can help me understand a way to copy, rename and save Gsheet files or work with folders on Shared Drives (very important).

If there is no such way, then are there plans to introduce nodes that would help work with shared google drives?

Hi @Alexey_Kobzev and welcome to the forum.

At the moment, this isn’t supported.

We have a ticket for this functionality in our system (AP-17260), and I’ve added this thread as a +1 to it.

Hi @ScottF. I don’t suppose you guys at Knime would be open to having your tickets like these displayed somewhere public for us to see?
