I’ve noticed in KNIME 3.5.2 that when you reconfigure a meta node by adding a flow variable (I add my to the top of the list of inports) the node connectivity gets scrambled and the node inports are not showing, I’ve included some graphics for you.
The only way currently to resolve this is to close the workflow !?

thanks for the bug report. We already have a fix for this coming in 3.5.3 or 3.6.0. I just shortly checked and could reproduce your bug by just putting a node into a metanode, adding a port and moving it to the top.
