@umuthcicek welcome to the Knime forum.
- is X a variable or a value? if value you might have to use single quotes (sql - Error (ORA-00923: FROM keyword not found where expected) - Stack Overflow)
- try to enclose the resulting variable name (Position_From_Country… ) in double quotes
- try so this g else besides the qualifier “table” maybe “t1”
- make sure DB query nodes upstream do not have unwanted comments
You might want to give an example or provide us with a full log file.
Hey @mlauber71 ,
Thanks for your support. What you said helped me fix some of the mistakes, but the main problem was in the *Select *," part.
When I got rid of the max and min expressions in the column names and added all the column names to the query, the code worked fine.
CASE WHEN “EXECUTED_DATE” =“FIRST_EXECUTED_DATE” THEN “FROM_COUNTRY_CODE”
ELSE ‘X’ END AS “Position_From_Country”,
CASE WHEN “EXECUTED_DATE” =“LAST_EXECUTED_DATE” THEN “TO_COUNTRY_CODE”
ELSE ‘X’ END AS “Position_To_Country”
FROM #table# “table”
