Help with String Manipulation

Hi,

I have a column containing string such as

ROW ID	File Name
1	REF GCS-135967 - VAN LIMBURG en Mevrteg FW VUO4198 waterpokken.msg
2	RE You have been added as a Work Party to GCS-117315.msg
3	REF GCS-121350 - 7710BE - LAURENT AB.msg

Is there a way I can extract 6 digits subsequent to “GCS-”? (For e.g. “135967” from line 1)
