Highlight and Label R-group decomposition

Hi All,

Is there a way to label the tags R1, R2 etc. in the substructure within the structure using different colors? We would also like to highlight that R tags with the same color as the label. Is there a node available in KNIME to do that?

There is no easy way to do it, but we’re on it putting something together that will roughly do the job. I’m gonna keep you updated.
