Pineapple Products (http://pineapple.co/) is an all-remote B2C, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce health supplement company looking for a motivated “A-Player” to revive Knime routines setup by a previous employee. The routines are build off of exports from our CRM (Sticky.io).
Responsibilities include producing these reports:
- Weekly online sales by traffic source, including ad spend, cost of goods and other costs
- Weekly affiliate team profitability report
- Commission calculations for advertising managers
- Royalty calculations for company MD spokespeople
- Ad Hoc profitability reports for different sales initiatives
Skills include:
- +3 years experience creating reports with Knime
- Experience creating sales and marketing reports
- Experience working in an e-commerce company
- Experience working in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment
- Understanding of e-commerce business model (recurring billing, etc)
- Validating accuracy of reports
- Working with the heads of advertising and operations to optimize reports
Bonus Skills:
- Analyzing and reporting on data to management
- Gaining and sharing insights from data
- Completing investigations into the business
- Calculating lifetime value
- Working with Sticky.io CRM
