Hi,

I am trying to pass a string from excel (44508,545787037) to dataTime,
I can do it but when I compare the data in excel (2021-08-11 13:05:56) and knime (2021-11-10 23:30:37) they are not the same

what could be happening?

Hi, I’m not familiar with the type of string you are trying to convert to datetime format. Could you elaborate on that? Also, can you post the workflow so I can see your settings, etc. and reproduce your output?

Hi @SoC, and welcome to the KNIME community! The decimal numbers in your InvoiceDate represent the elapsed time since 01 Jan 1900. There are 86400 seconds in a day and so if you multiply the number by 86400 you will get the number of seconds since 01 Jan 1900 So far so good. So we know we can find a way to convert the numbers.
