What about using a Column Appender to bring the HTML strings together into a single branch, then a String Manipulation node to combine them into a single HTML string (separated by a few line breaks or something)?
Since you are having them as variable, I would go for the merge variable node. You can then place both tables in your email to your liking.
What is the name of the node? to combine variables?
