How do we add P values in box plot when we plot a boxplot using R plot node?  I'm using R plot node and calculating P values with some other node but now I don't know how to show/embede these values to plot

I would use this example to modify the code in your R plot node: http://stackoverflow.com/a/18335492

You would need to first need to append the columns containing your p-values to the table you pass to the R plot node.
