How to add description to workflow on Hub

Hi,

I shared a public workflow on the KNIME hub but can’t see how to add a description to it (other than an annotation within the workflow). I put it in a folder under my Public space, but that is the only place with a ‘Add description’ button.

Within KNIME AP, open the workflow that you have stored on the HUB. If you are using Modern UI, make sure you don’t have any components or nodes selected (i.e just click on the workflow background canvas first) then go to the “Info” panel on the left of the workflow, and edit the text in there. This is the workflow description.

Make sure you press the “tick” once you’ve edited the description.

Finally save the workflow back to the hub.

If using Classic UI, it’s much the same but you will need to open the “Description” panel and edit the text in there.
