How to Calculate number of days between a start date and an end date removing weekends and public holidays

Could anyone help me with the following. I have a main file with 2 columns StartDate and EndDate and another file with a list of public holidays. I need to calculate the number of working days between the startdate and the enddate and remove the public holidays and weekend.
