Hello everyone. I am working on a project for aumatising the ordering process of a chain of stores using Knime. However it has been couple of days that I am trying to figure out how to change the layout of an excel file using Knime from table 1 to table 2 as shown in the Excel Attached:

Hi @mehdi_zinbi welcome to the forum!. You can use the unpivot node plus a couple of nodes to sort, create names etc. If you want to put borders and “style” your sheet you have the Continental nodes.
