How to chop the Images but label only the part of image before putting in deep learning ?

Read your blog, I am trying to do similar things with my MRI images but unfortunately MRI and histopathology slides have one big difference. If I slice and chop my 3 dimensional images, won’t machine will label even the normal brain as pathological? say a tumor.
I would need to run some pre image processing before that.

Hi @Akshaykumar,
I am not sure what your goal is: do you plan to locate the tumor within the MRI images? Or do you plan to differentiate between different tumor types? These goals require quite different approaches, so I need a bit more information to be able to help you with this .
