How to convert numbers to date and time

I have this string of number 40885.543055556 and I want to convert them to dates in knime. I have been trying to find for answers but to no avail. I tried the date&time shift node but it isn’t working.
The ones I hve filtered out are the correct ones but the unfiltered ones are numbers

The numbers you have look like the excel internal dates. See the following post. It should contain all you need to know but please post back if you need any further assistance.

Hi @SoC, and welcome to the KNIME community! The decimal numbers in your InvoiceDate represent the elapsed time since 01 Jan 1900. There are 86400 seconds in a day and so if you multiply the number by 86400 you will get the number of seconds since 01 Jan 1900 So far so good. So we know we can find a way to convert the numbers.
