how to create a dynamic like attached DATA APP link ?!

I want to create a DATA APP, that can filter a SharePoint list using some Keywords …
I need to understand “in steps” how can i refine the Stings to Texts and make a sensitive filter to lookup through fields using those Keywords !

i am thinking if i can have the same DATA APP like this one :-

@RamyHussein maybe you can check the example of this DataApp to see how you would work with Path, Filters and the Refresh button.
