how to create a dynamic like attached DATA APP link ?!

I want to create a DATA APP, that can filter a SharePoint list using some Keywords …
I need to understand “in steps” how can i refine the Stings to Texts and make a sensitive filter to lookup through fields using those Keywords !

i am thinking if i can have the same DATA APP like this one :-

@mac95 how about you provide a general path where to search and then have three search nodes for the variants and when there is a match for a prefix (name) and three extensions, then you provide that as a possible campaign name and when that is selected you load the data.
