I am sorry, but you will have to provide a bit more information on what you want to achieve.
If your goal is to create network diagrams that are commonly included in papers on deep learning, I will have to disappoint you, there exist no nodes for that in KNIME, as there is little practical use for such diagrams.

However, if your goal is to build networks using KNIME nodes, you can check out our Keras integration (https://www.knime.com/deeplearning/keras). It is part of KNIME Labs and (as most KNIME plugins) free of charge.
