I took a quick look at the website. It appears there is no available API. It appears (not completely clear) that underlying data is only available to Polish citizens or entities through a registered “e-delivery.” Bottom line - I don’t see a way to scrape data directly from the website. I certainly could be wrong, but that’s what I think I’m seeing.
