How to give different colors to two dataset in Geospatial map?

I am using two different data set as Lat/long. When I view in Geospatial map, it shows only one color. How do I change color?

Could you please be a bit more specific here: Do you have two tables with Lat and Long columns in each or do you have one table with an additional column that marks a datapoint belonging to one or the other data set?

Also, if the data is not too big and not sensitive, it would be great if you could share an example. Thank you!
