Is there any way that I can configure as default dimensions of Menus / Dialog Boxes?
I can’t find it in preferences.

Could you be more specific about what you’re trying to do? An example(s) would be helpful.
It is possible to adjust height, width and table structures for interactive view, but at this point component configuration window layouts don’t have much flexibility.
